In our brand new class, you will learn the fundamentals of Acro and build a strong foundation for future learning. Acro Dance combines dance technique with acrobatic elements such as lifts, flips, and balances. Our amazing new instructor Aileen will guide you through various exercises to improve your flexibility, strength, and balance, and teach you the basic skills necessary for Acro Dance.

In this workshop, you will learn basic tumbling techniques such as forward rolls, cartwheels, and handstands. Aileen and our assistants will provide individual attention and offer modifications to suit your individual needs and skill level.

Whether you are new to dance or looking to expand your skill set, this beginner's Acro workshop is the perfect opportunity to challenge yourself, learn something new, and have fun!
