30-Minute Supplementary Class | Ages 8+

Designed exclusively for our senior ballet dancers, this focused 30-minute Acro add-on class blends strength, flexibility, and control to support technical growth and performance confidence.

In this class, dancers will work on:
• Safe and progressive acrobatic skills, including bridges, balances, and introductory tumbling
• Flexibility and extension for more fluid lines and higher leg work
• Spatial awareness and control, all while maintaining ballet technique foundations

Taught in a supportive and encouraging environment, this class will help your dancer become stronger, more agile, and more performance-ready than ever.
