Welcome to our dynamic and empowering Ballet and Contemporary Class, suitable for children in Third, Fourth, Fifth and Sixth!

Led by our experienced instructors, this class is tailored to challenge, inspire, and refine the skills of budding dancers in this age group. We follow the BBO Dance Curriculum.

During each session, our talented dancers will delve deeper into the art of ballet, building upon their existing technique and knowledge. They will refine their posture, alignment, and execution of movements while mastering intricate footwork, turns, and jumps. Through structured exercises and combinations, they will develop strength, agility, and artistry, enhancing their ability to perform with grace and precision.

In the contemporary portion of the class, our young performers will explore the artistic possibilities of movement and self-expression. They will engage in dynamic choreography that pushes the boundaries of creativity, allowing them to explore various movement qualities, dynamics, and musicality. Through improvisation, partnering work, and contemporary dance techniques, they will develop their own unique style, while honing their ability to convey emotions and tell stories through movement.

With a balanced blend of technical rigour and artistic exploration, our Ballet and Contemporary Class for 9 -12 year-olds provides a comprehensive dance education that caters to the developmental needs and aspirations of young dancers. We strive to challenge our students while nurturing their passion for dance and fostering their growth as artists.
